• For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Time

• Orders within India are typically delivered within 1–4 business days in metro cities and 4–7 business days in other areas.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier delays, or external factors such as public holidays or severe weather.
• If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery.
• While we strive to deliver your order on time, please allow for occasional delays beyond our control. We’ll keep you informed if that happens.

Delayed Dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details.
You can start tracking your order 24 hours after dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To verify and process your claim, we require an unboxing video clearly showing the package and the damaged/missing product.
