We want you to love our jewellery! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items such as earrings may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by either:

  • Messaging us on WhatsApp at 7678149447.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll share the next steps for pickup or self-shipping.

Reverse Pick-up & Self-shipping

We provide reverse pick-up service for most pin codes.

If reverse pick-up is not available for your area, you may need to self-ship the product to our address.

  • Please ensure you use a reliable courier service and retain the shipping receipt for reference.
  • Shipping charges for self-shipped returns are refundable (up to ₹100) upon verification.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID (as shared during the return request).

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety, certain products may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Earrings and piercing jewellery
  • Sale or discounted items 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for verification. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
